Follow their guidance and instructions. It might be a few days before they can get to you.
They will likely request the footage from the cameras, don't worry, if their experts can't get around in time, we will obtain the footage for you.
Contact us at your earliest convinience via;
Pass us the Police Occurence Number. It will start "OC". Thats all we need to get started.
We will attend your property with the upmost urgency to assess the damage and discuss a plan of action to get you fully secured and protected.
We will repair or replace any system that has been damaged to get you back up and running as soon as we can.
We can also offer discounted upgrades if your system is out of production or you feel an upgrade is needed.
