Our approach is simple. We bring a practical mindset to every job. Attention to detail, clear communication, and honest advice are at the core of how we work. If something isn’t necessary, we’ll say so. If there’s a better way to do it, we’ll recommend it, even if we can't do it, we will point you to someone who can. One way or another, we will find the problem, and do our best to fix it.
A lot of our work comes from people recommending us to others, It says more than anything we could write here. We like keeping it that way.
At the end of the day, we’re just here to help people get solid, dependable systems in place and keep them running smoothly, to keep people safe, connected and protected.
How We Started
Titan Systems was founded from first-hand experience in law enforcement, seeing how crime affects homes, businesses and individuals, and how often the outcome of a case can depend on the quality of the evidence available. In many situations, CCTV was the key difference between a suspect being charged or released.
Over the years we worked with a wide range of off-the-shelf and specialist systems, gaining a clear understanding of what actually works in real-world situations, where it’s needed most, and how it should be implemented to be effective.
Rather than let that knowledge go to waste, the decision was made in late 2025 to put those skills to use for the wider community, and Titan Systems was created.
With hands-on, real world experience working with security systems, networking infrastructure, and specialist technology in situations where reliability, durability and attention to detail genuinely matter.
